• Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.

Experience in drain cleaning or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.

Drain Service Technician

Work on residential and light commercial drain calls across the Lakeland service area, including sinks, showers, toilets, and larger drainage lines.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with hands-on mechanical work and troubleshooting
• Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers
• Dependable, organized, and willing to work in varied property environments
• Relevant drain, plumbing, maintenance, or service experience is useful

Drain Service Apprentice

Learn practical drain service skills while assisting experienced team members with preparation, equipment handling, work-area care, and routine cleaning tasks.

• Able to follow procedures and take direction

Service Coordinator

Help customers explain their drainage problems, organize service requests, maintain clear job information, and support communication between customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Clear phone and written communication

• Comfortable gathering accurate information from customers
• Experience in home services, scheduling, or customer support is useful

Experienced Drain Technician

Take responsibility for more involved drainage calls, including recurring blockages, multiple-fixture problems, and sewer or main drain cleaning.

• Confident and respectful customer communication
• Able to document symptoms, work performed, and relevant observations clearly
